William (Billy) A Crammer

William, known as Billy, was born in 1952. Billy's father was Arthur Crammer and his mother is Adele (Dell) L Winicki (Crammer). His paternal grandparents were William Henry Crammer Jr and Ella Lane (Crammer). He had two brothers and a sister, named Bruce, Ronnie and Marilyn. He is the oldest of the four children.
