Anna was born on December 7th, 1915 in New York.1   Anna's father was Vaclav Castoral and her mother was Marie Belej (Castoral).  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Castoral and Marie Jirinec (Castoral); her maternal grandparents were John Belej and Mary Masova (Belej). She had four brothers and three sisters, named Willie, Jerry, The Ace, Frank, Mary, Louise and Tootsie.  She was the sixth oldest of the eight known children.  She died at the age of 85 on January 24th, 2001.
