Glenn J. "Pep" was born on December 15th, 1918 in New Haven, Connecticut, USA.1 Glenn J. "Pep"'s father was Arnold Hildebrand "Mickey" Affleck Graves and his mother was Phoebe Charteris Field. His paternal grandparents were Herbert Patrick Graves and Elizabeth Flint; his maternal grandfather was Joseph Matthias Field. He had three brothers named Auger, Gene and Roy L. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 73 on March 2nd, 1992 in Orlando, Florida, USA.1 General Notes

Born and raised for several years on the Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, dad was involved with show business
for a good part of his life (my mom too). I remember one yearly job that affected my brother and I while we were in school.
In the middle of the school year (each year in the 1950's), we would pack up and go to St. Louis, MO to spend a few months
with our cousins while Mom & Dad were up at Abbott Laboratories in Illinois. Abbott (yes, the big pharmacutical company)
held an annual show of an assortment of songs & dances - all done by the employees of Abbott. My parents wrote, directed
and produced most of these shows. I remember dad directing the band and mom doing the choreography. Mike & I didn't
mind the few months at another school and always had a good time at our aunt & uncle's house (Bette & Jack Murdock)
and our cousins, Teck and Chris.
Through much research, I was able to contact the archives division (in 2002) of Abbott and asked then to send me anything
they could find on these shows. They were kind enough to send me copies of about 10 years worth of show programs!
