Emperor Leo (The Wise) of Byzantium VI

Leo, known as The Wise, was born on September 19th, 0866.¹ The Wise's father was Emperor Basileos (The Macedonian) of Byzantium I and his mother was Eudoxia Ingerina of Byzantium. His paternal grandparents were Konstantinos of Macedonia and Princess of Armenia Pancalo Bagratidina; his maternal grandparents were Inger Martinakes and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and a sister, named Aleksandros, Stephanos and Gregoria. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 45 on May 12th, 0912.¹
