William Brooks Taber 
William Brooks was born on January 25th, 1929 in Saint Louis, Saint Louis Co., Missouri.1 William Brooks' father was Charles Pitman Taber and his mother was Hazel Juanita Mansfield. His maternal grandparents were Louis Earl Mansfield and Columbia Adeline Brooks. He had three brothers and a sister, named Charles Eugene, Elmer Lee, Donald Clarence and Shirley Louise. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 69 on November 2nd, 1998 in Houston, Harris Co., Texas. He was buried in November 1998 in Houston, Harris Co., Texas.2 General Notes
