Donald Clarence was born on October 17th, 1932 in Saint Louis, Saint Louis Co., Missouri.1 Donald Clarence's father was Charles Pitman Taber and his mother was Hazel Juanita Mansfield. His maternal grandparents were Louis Earl Mansfield and Columbia Adeline Brooks. He had three brothers and a sister, named Charles Eugene, William Brooks, Elmer Lee and Shirley Louise. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 71 on October 20th, 2003 in EVERETT, SNOHOMISH Co., Washington.
