Constantin was born in 0912 in Constantinople, now, Istanbul, Turkey. Constantin's father was Panthetios Skleros and his mother was Gregoria or Georgia Of Byzantium. His maternal grandfather was Basileos. He had a brother and a sister, named Bardas and Zofia Or Sophia. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died in .General Notes
