David Skaggs

David's father was Jesse Skaggs and his mother was Elizabeth Combs. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Hannah Holbrook. He had six brothers and two sisters, named James, William Robert, Elijah, Pinkney Graham, Carter, Rueben, Nancy Ann and Mary.
