Sarah Catherine Sands

Sarah was born on December 20th, 1872 in Kentucky.¹ Sarah's father was William Henry Harrison Sands and her mother was Sarah Jane Crumes. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel S. Sands and Cinderalla Jane Cunningham; her maternal grandparents were Silas Crume and Eleanor Carter. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Maynard, Wright, Jesse, Elmer, Laura, Ida, Katie and Lizzie. She died at the age of 91 on November 15th, 1964. Her burial was in November 1964 in Mount Vernon Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Leitchfield, Grayson Co., Kentucky.²²
