James Edgar SWAIM 
James Edgar was born on August 20th, 1897 in Judson, Parke Co., Indiana.1 James Edgar's father was Daniel M. SWAIM and his mother was Lucinda Francis PAYTON. His maternal grandparents were James Franklin PAYTON and Elizabeth RUSH. He had three brothers and three sisters, named George Franklin, Jesse Clyde, Charles Otto, Mary Elizabeth, Nora Belle and Sallie Edith. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 77 on March 23rd, 1975 in Allentown, Pennsylvania.2 General Notes
