Leland Ramsey 
Leland was born about 1855. Leland's father was James Karr\Kerr Ramsey and his mother was Elmina Jane Brown. His paternal grandparents were James Ramsey and Margaret (Peggy) Kerr. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, James A., George W., David F., Sarah A., Mary Jane, Margaret and Nancy. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died about 1873.General Notes
