James Karr\Kerr Ramsey 
James Karr\Kerr was born on October 3rd, 1805 in Augusta County, Virginia. James Karr\Kerr's father was James Ramsey and his mother was Margaret (Peggy) Kerr. His maternal grandparents were James Kerr and Jane Robertson. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, Nathaniel Karr, John Craig, Jane, Margaret "Peggy", Eliza and Parthula. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 65 on March 7th, 1871 in Hopkins County, Kentucky.General Notes
