Adelajda, known as The White, was born in 0947 in Poznan, Poland.1  The White's father was Mieszko Piast of Poland and her mother was Dubrawka Premysl.  Her paternal grandparents were Duke Ziemomysl of Poland and Gorka of Poland; her maternal grandparents were Duke of Bohemia Boleslav (The Cruel) Premysl I and Bolzene Stochow. She had a brother named The Brave. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Vladivoj and Gunhild.  She died at the age of 50 in 0997 in Hungary.1
