William H. Pepper 
William H. was born in October 1885. William H.'s father was Aylett N. Pepper and his mother was Emeline Etherton. His paternal grandparents were Albert A. Pepper and Mary M. Ford. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas B., Richard R., Sidney, Clarence, Ellen, Ermine E., Flora B., Mary A., Cronny and Lara. He was the third oldest of the eleven children.
