Thomas B. Pepper 
Thomas B. was born in July 1882. Thomas B.'s father was Aylett N. Pepper and his mother was Emeline Etherton. His paternal grandparents were Albert A. Pepper and Mary M. Ford. He had four brothers and six sisters, named William H., Richard R., Sidney, Clarence, Ellen, Ermine E., Flora B., Mary A., Cronny and Lara. He was the oldest of the eleven children.
