Ted Gilderoy PAYTON 
Ted Gilderoy was born on May 6th, 1889 in Parke Co., Indiana.1 Ted Gilderoy's father was William Harvey PAYTON and his mother was Alice Massie DENMAN. His paternal grandparents were Thomas PAYTON and Martha Ann STOUT. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Fred Earl, Jesse Claude, Zora Dean, Grace Lee and Anna Gertrude. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 88 on April 19th, 1978 in Indianapolis, Marion Co., Indiana. He was buried in Mt.
