Enola Ethel PAYTON 
Enola Ethel was born on January 22nd, 1881 in Carpentersville, Putnam Co., Indiana.1 Enola Ethel's father was Anthony PAYTON and her mother was Levenia C. WHITED. Her paternal grandfather was William PAYTON. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Maxwell Roland, PAYTON, PAYTON, Edith May, Hallie Clyde and Ruby Evelyn. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 86 in August 1967 in Palm Beach Co., Florida.2 General Notes
