Richard Creagh Maccubbin 
Richard Creagh was born on August 8th, 1815 in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.1 Richard Creagh's father was George Maccubbin and his mother was Eleanor Maccubbin. His paternal grandparents were Richard Maccubbin and Catherine Waters. He had a brother and three sisters, named James, Mary Catherine, Eleanor Maria and Sarah Clare. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 50 on November 18th, 1865 in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He was buried in St. Anne's Cemetery, Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.1 1 General Notes
