Francis Young Kerr 
Francis Young was born before 1800 in Abbeville Co, SC. Francis Young's father was David Kerr RWS and his mother was Susannah Young. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Kerr Sr and Rachel. He had two brothers and two sisters, named David, John Young, Martha and Rachel E. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died in 1831.Death Notes
He is named in his father's 1830 will, but is dead by the time of John Y's pension letter in 1857.
