Thomas Richard Kent 
Thomas Richard was born in 1817 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.1 Thomas Richard's father was Col. Robert Wheeler Kent and his mother was Mary Ann Maccubbin. His maternal grandparents were Richard Maccubbin and Catherine Waters. He had a sister named Adeline Maccubbin. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 69 on December 4th, 1886 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He was buried in Davidsonville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.1 1 General Notes
