Harwood Kent

Harwood was born in 1857 in Maryland.¹ Harwood's father was Thomas Richard Kent and his mother was Mary Dryden Harwood. His paternal grandparents were Col. Robert Wheeler Kent and Mary Ann Maccubbin. He had a brother and four sisters, named Robert N., Ida, Cora B., Margaret "Maggie" and Mary D.. He was the second oldest of the six children.
