Dryden Hodges

Dryden was born in March 1882 in Maryland.¹ Dryden's father was John Thomas Hodges and her mother was Ida Kent. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Richard Kent and Mary Dryden Harwood. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John T., Adrain, Benjamin, Nancy "Nannie" and Ella. She was the second oldest of the six children.
