Almer Thomas Burke 
Almer was born on September 8th, 1887.1 Almer's father was John Burke and his mother was Fanny Ella Ferguson. His paternal grandparents were John Patrick Burke and Mary Ann Ingram; his maternal grandparents were Levy Ferguson and Jane Foster. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jesse, John, Burr, Rachel, Mary, Ada and Laura. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 86 in 1973. He was buried in Hebron Cemetery, Shepherdsville, Kentucky.2 2 -
