William Penn Watlington

William Penn was born on March 10th, 1935 in Rockingham Co, NC. William Penn's father was Oscar Bryan Watlington and his mother was Fannie Sue Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Elisha Thomas Roberts and Georgia Ann Woods. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Oscar Bryan, James Irvin, Thomas Earl, Anna Elizabeth and Doris Lee. He died at the age of 68 on October 29th, 2003 in Guilford Co, NC.
