Sophie Tilley

Sophie was born on September 9th, 1922 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. Sophie's father was Adolphus Abner Pleasant Tilley and her mother was Fannie Emily Malone. Her paternal grandparents were Hinton Vance Tilley and Susan Ann Virginia Leigh. She had five sisters named Annie G., Laura Leigh, Alice, Virginia and Emily. She died at the age of 47 on May 30th, 1970 in New Orleans, Orleans Parish, LA.
