Harlan Ray Stafford

Harlan Ray was born on May 13th, 1928 in Newland, Avery Co, NC. Harlan Ray's father was Orville Howard Stafford and his mother was Pearl Gaye Burleson. His paternal grandparents were Sylvester 'Vester' Stafford and Matilda Woody. He had three brothers and a sister, named Daniel 'Bill', Wayne Orville, Donald Lee and Lucille B.. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 55 on April 27th, 1984.
