Jack D. Smith

Jack D.'s father was Rainer Goforth Smith and his mother was Angie Bell Henson. His paternal grandparents were Bedford Forest Smith and Nancy George Ann Goforth. He had three brothers and a sister, named Oliver, Rainer Goforth, William Eugene and Leta Belle.
