James L. Roberts

James L. was born in February 1837 in TN. James L.'s father was Woodson Roberts and his mother was Mahala Roberts. His paternal grandparents were Mark William Roberts and Lucretia Christina Parish; his maternal grandparents were William Roberts and Lucy Jane Umstead. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William A., Willis H. Len, Narscissa W. and Susan A. P.. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 63 in 1900 in Collin Co, TX.
