William Ashley Rice Jr.

William Ashley was born on October 12th, 1932 in Rockingham Co, NC. William Ashley's father was William Ashley Rice and his mother was Ola Inez Ware. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Earl Ware and Dora Boyd Roberts. He had three sisters named Kathleen Katherine, Mary Boyd and Thelma Inez.
