Dee Kemp Owsley

Dee Kemp was born on March 21st, 1916 in Preston, Hickory Co, MO.¹ Dee Kemp's father was Elihu Owsley and his mother was Eva Clare Hartnett. His paternal grandparents were Robert Rainey Owsley and Mary Emily Hall. He had a brother and five sisters, named Robert Hoyt, Ila Mary, Leta May, Ethel Fern, Ruby Clare and Inolee Merle. He died at the age of 87 on November 16th, 2003. He was buried on November 19th, 2003.
