Ethel Fern Owsley

Ethel Fern was born on September 20th, 1923 in Wheatland, Hickory Co, MO.¹ Ethel Fern's father was Elihu Owsley and her mother was Eva Clare Hartnett. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Rainey Owsley and Mary Emily Hall. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Dee Kemp, Robert Hoyt, Ila Mary, Leta May, Ruby Clare and Inolee Merle. She died at the age of 67 on July 31st, 1991 in Coeur D'alene, Kootenai Co, ID. She was buried on August 3rd, 1991 in Fisher Cemetery, Preston, Hickory Co, MO.¹¹
