Lida Mai was born on March 22nd, 1888 in Carroll Co, TN.  Lida Mai's father was William Lafayette Morris and her mother was Martha Elizabeth Parish.  Her maternal grandparents were George Washington Parish and Mary Elizabeth Wallace. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Arthur Harvey, Neil Columbus, Arving Edwin, William Lathan, Georgia, Ollie Elizabeth, Nellie Oleen, Martha Opal and Mary Lee.  She was the third oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 75 on March 21st, 1964 in McLean, Fairfax Co, VA.
