Wesley Carroll was born on April 7th, 1850 in Robertson Co, TN.1   Wesley Carroll's father was John Calvin Holman and his mother was Winney Ford Roberts.  His maternal grandparents were Ephraim Roberts and Nancy Harris. He had two brothers and five sisters, named James Benjamin, William K., Elizabeth Payne, Missamer, Emily Augusta, Mary Marandah and Virginia.  He was the youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 84 on July 6th, 1934 in Robertson Co, TN.1
