Oberlen Hilliard

Oberlen was born on September 18th, 1928 in Westport, Carroll Co, TN.¹ Oberlen's father was Hershel Gray Hilliard and her mother was Pearlie Ester Cary. Her maternal grandparents were James Benjamin Cary and Eliza Ann Kirksey. She had three brothers and a sister, named James Granville, Hershel Floyd, Bobby and Lillian. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 72 on February 4th, 2001 in Springfield, Robertson Co, TN.
