Gary Leon Higgs

Gary Leon's father was Robert Emmitt Higgs and his mother was Ethel Neighbors. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James Delmont, Emmett Wayne, Dalton Earl, Nella Deane, Elizabeth Mary and Virginia Lee.
