Virginia Lee Higgs

Virginia Lee was born on January 30th, 1930 in Muhlenberg Co, KY. Virginia Lee's father was Robert Emmitt Higgs and her mother was Ethel Neighbors. Her paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James Delmont, Emmett Wayne, Dalton Earl, Gary Leon, Nella Deane and Elizabeth Mary. She died at the age of 64 on August 9th, 1994 in Evansville City, Vanderburgh Co, IN. She was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Evansville, Vanderburgh Co, IN.
