Eura L. Higgs

Eura L. was born in 1919 in MO. Eura L.'s father was James Monroe Higgs and his mother was Effie B. Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had two brothers and a sister, named Leonard Marvin, Carl J. and Naomi A.. He was the youngest of the four children.
