Wilmer L. Halsey

Wilmer L. was born in 1908 in Hale Co, TX. Wilmer L.'s father was George Noah Halsey and his mother was Lora May Miller. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Lee Miller and Mary Lee Ann Faulner. He had three brothers named Harold Lee, Raymond E. and James Miller. He was the oldest of the four children.
