Raymond E. Halsey

Raymond E. was born on January 1st, 1912 in Hale Co, TX. Raymond E.'s father was George Noah Halsey and his mother was Lora May Miller. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Lee Miller and Mary Lee Ann Faulner. He had three brothers named Wilmer L., Harold Lee and James Miller. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 87 on January 30th, 1999 in Youngsville, Lafayette Co, LA.
