Velma Cloud

Velma was born on September 28th, 1923 in Clear Springs, Clark Co, AR. Velma's father was Charles Albert Cloud and her mother was Jessie Bruce. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Samuel Cloud and Sarah Alice Bell. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Doyle Penzel, Charlie George, Evelyn Elizabeth, Doris and Donnie Moselle. She was the youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 67 in October 1990 in Dundee, Tunica Co, MS.
