Charles Albert was born on May 2nd, 1885 in Okolona, Clark Co, AR.1   Charles Albert's father was Charles Samuel Cloud and his mother was Sarah Alice Bell.  His paternal grandparents were Samuel Owen Cloud and Martha Washington Roberts. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Owens Lynch, William Lindsay, Robert Edgar, Mattie Effie, Cordelia Ann, Maria Lou and Leila Alice.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 96 in August 1981 in Dundee, Tunica Co, MS.  He was buried in Lula Cemetery, Coahama Co, MS.1 1
