George P. Buchanan

George P. was born in September 1875 in NC. George P.'s father was John Calvin Buchanan and his mother was Amanda Harriet Elizabeth Goforth. His maternal grandparents were George Goforth and Nancy Jane Houser. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Joseph S., Clayton, Nora, Ada A., Lila M. and Dolly D.. He was the oldest of the seven children.
