Lucia Maria was born on May 23rd, 1847 in Gaines, Orleans Co., NY.1 Lucia Maria's father was Lyman Lovewell and her mother was Betsey Baldwin Dewey. Her maternal grandparents were Israel Dewey and Nancy Hovey. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Lyman Dewey, Lucien Dewey, Lyman Otis, Laura Louise and Eunetia Annette. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 9 on June 14th, 1856 in Kensington, MICH.1 -
