Jesse Dewey 
Jesse was born on June 14th, 1799.1 Jesse's father was David Dewey and his mother was Heta (Hittie) Wright. His paternal grandparents were William Dewey and Rebecca Carrier; his maternal grandparents were John Wright and Mehetable. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, David, William, Thomas, Thedia, Betsey, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Heta Maria. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 29 on September 8th, 1828.1 -
