David Dewey 
David was born on May 22nd, 1802 in Chelsea, VT.1 David's father was David Dewey and his mother was Heta (Hittie) Wright. His paternal grandparents were William Dewey and Rebecca Carrier; his maternal grandparents were John Wright and Mehetable. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Jesse, William, Thomas, Thedia, Betsey, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Heta Maria. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 72 on February 7th, 1875.1 -
