Frank Otis was born on November 1st, 1859 in Hanover, Graft., NH.1 Frank Otis' father was Israel Otis Dewey and his mother was Susan Augusta Sweetser. His paternal grandparents were Israel Dewey and Nancy Hovey; his maternal grandparents were Henry Sweetser and Susan West. He had a brother and two sisters, named Henry Sweetser, Jennie and Annie Hovey. He was the second youngest of the four children.1 -
