Marie Anna von Hessen-Wanfried

Marie Anna was born in 1685. Marie Anna's father was Karl von Hessen-Wanfried and her mother was Alexandriene Juliane von Leiningen-Dagsburg. Her paternal grandparents were Ernst von Hessen-Rheinfels-Rothenburg and Maria Eleonor von Solms-Lich. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Ernst, Karl Alexander, Christian, Marie Eleonore, Charlotte Amalie, Sofie Leopoldiene, Luise and Bernhardiene. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She had four half-brothers named Karl Ernst, Wilhelm, Friedrich and Phillip. She died at the age of 79 in 1764.
