Richard Christian von Hessen-Philippsthal

Richard Christian was born in 1917. Richard Christian's father was Christian von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld and his mother was Elisabeth Reid Rogers Baroness von Barchfeld. His paternal grandparents were Wilhelm von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld and Auguste von Schleswig-Holstein-Gluecksburg. He had a brother and two sisters, named Waldemar, Elisabeth and Olga. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 68 in 1985.
