Wilhelm von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld 
Wilhelm was born in 1726. Wilhelm's father was Wilhelm von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld and his mother was Charlotte von Anhalt-Bernburg. His paternal grandparents were Philipp von Hessen-Philippsthal and Katharine Amalie von Solms-Laubach. He had eight brothers and six sisters, named Friedrich, Philipp, Karl Wilhelm, Georg, Christian, Ludwig Friedri, Adolf, August, Charlotte, Johanna Charlo, Karoline, Ulrike Eleonor, Anne and Dorothea. He was the second oldest of the fifteen children. He died in 1726.
