Christian von Hessen-Darmstadt 
Christian was born in 1763. Christian's father was Ludwig lX von Hessen-Darmstadt and his mother was Karoline Palatine von Zweibruecken-Birkenfeld. His paternal grandparents were Ludwig Vlll von Hessen-Darmstadt and Charlotte von Hanau-Lichtenberg. He had a brother and five sisters, named Ludwig I Landgraf, Karoline, Frederica, Amalie, Wilhelmine and Luise. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 67 in 1830.
